Founding
Baralong Safety Consulting was founded in 2019-it is a product of (SHEQ-GROUP & Tondalushaka
Construction which was founded in 2015). Tondalushaka Construction and Projects directors split in
2019 that is where the company renamed to Baralong Safety Consultant- in the year 2019. We strive to provide an Occupational Health and Safety service to all types of industries. The company was established in 2019 and registered in 2019. We are a certified BEE-Level-1 business and is also registered with the – SAIOSH. We are an Approved Inspector Authority accredited by the Department of Labor through SACPCMP and SAIOSH. We believe that accidents do not have to happen and that they can be prevented, thus we aim to assist industries in the prevention of accidents and injuries through Consulting, Auditing and Training. The highly experienced and trained staff and associates of Baralong Safety Consulting – have the practical and theoretical knowledge to be able to assist clients in the prevention and losses caused by accidents or incidents. Pfarelo Mudau the Managing Director of Baralong Safety Consultants brings to the business more than 8 years of experience. Pfarelo Mudau has worked in various industries as SHEQ officer/Safety Manager/Safety Officer. Today he is a founder of Baralong Safety Consultant the company is operating within South Africa. Our company is 100% black owned, with BBEE-Level 1-contrubutor.We also have a woman who owns 30% share of the company majority with her she brings major experience on the technical side as she had acquired more than 5 years of experience working as site engineer as well as site manger assistance, she has time to time worked with site safety officers to developed various safety documents and give major advice on the safety point of view and plan to do the work in a safe way. Pfarelo Mudau – Managing Director (Co-founder)
A technical individual and oriented professional, a high experience in Occupational Health Safety and Environmental, Quality [SHEQ-Officer/SHE-Co-coordinator/SHE-Officer/SHE-Manager Pfarelo Mudau has 8 years of experience working as in a safety industry, in various companies he is a technical member of South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH). In 2011 he got a recognition award of being a young successful Safety Co-Ordinator within pioneer food industries that granted him an opportunity to be nominated as one of the young best young safety performers in SA pioneer Food industries in the year 2011.

Baralong Safety Consultant managing Director currently hold a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management, completed various courses, and attended workshops, trainings, and Event Management training etc.
NNdivhudzannyi Makuya – Marketing Director(Shareholder)
As a site engineer, with more than 4 years of experience working in a construction sites, her input to construction projects were technical on organizational, and supervisory and playing a big role to the site health and Safety. Her experience on setting out and determine the location for infrastructural installations, both above and below ground, and applying designs and plans to mark out the site were ethical that as well include safety and wellbeing of the site’s employees. On her experience also have responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources. She worked on a project range from small scale to multi-million-Rands ventures that include civil, road, and other infrastructure projects. Working as part of the site management team. As a site engineer, she also offered advice in the developing of SHE Plan, base line Risk Assessment, co-ordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects. A site engineer’s role is vital to a construction health and safety.
